It clearly set out the various phases in the business cycle

The chapter can assist the entrepreneur to orient himself, as some of them easily just identify funding as a constraint where they must spend more time to develop their product. It also explains what type of skilled people must be responsible at what phase. This chapter really shared insight broke up the start up phase and explain what happens when you expand the production to increase market share. The information will assist entrepreneurs who build an enterprise, that they know how to replicate products or services or when is the time conducive to sell the business. I find this training very insightful.
