Katrin helps co-founders everywhere communicate better

Dr Katrin Hinzdorf

Dr. Katrin Hinzdorf (b. 1974), MSc, DPhil Psychology, certified and accredited individual and team executive coach and coaching supervisor. I have worked as a coach nationally and internationally, in German or in English, in person or virtually since 2004. I work across various levels within companies, as well as across different industries, including government ministries, private corporations, financial services, and public sector institutions.

Since 2017 I have been particularly dedicated to helping founders and start-up teams on their journeys. I engage in public speaking and have published several articles in prestigious scientific journals. Since 2014 I have been a guest lecturer – at Freie Universität Berlin, and Universität Luzern – to deliver graduate seminars and workshops on psychology and coaching.
