Medical Doctor & CEO at Quadcare Dr. Dulcy Rakumakoe

Dr. Dulcy Rakumakoe is the founder and CEO of Quadcare. She holds a MBBCH from Wits University, Diploma in Occupational Health Diploma in HIV Management, Master of Science in Sports Science, Travel Medicine Certificate and MBA from Gordons Institute of Business Science. She has opened 13 Quadcare centres across Gauteng Province, South Africa. She is a Keynote speaker with a core focus on women empowerment, wellness & selfcare as well as LGBTQ-community wellness. She is a social entrepreneur who has established Queerwell NPO and the Dr Dulcy Foundation. She has won numerous awards for her social entrepreneurship which includes the 2020 Feathers Awards Role Model of the Year, 2020 Santam Woman of The Future, 2020 Queer Warrior and 2016 Social Entrepreneurship Regional Business Achiever.

She is an active member of the South Africa HIV Clinicians Society (SAHCS), Professional Association for Transgender Health (PATH), Aurum Key Populations Advisory Board (AKPAB), and The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Johannesburg Board.

She serves as a chairperson in the Forum for the Empowerment of Women (FEW), and the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards as well as an Executive Director at Queerwell NPO. She is a regular guest on Alex FM, Jozi FM, Metro FM and Kaya FM.
