I'm Jonas Prising, CEO of Manpower group. We have created this academy filled with lots of world class short practical online courses to help you and your family and friends access world class content to improve your quality of life at home and at work.

These are short virtual courses on a wide variety of topics, from how to write a CV to helping you find clients to learning about money to perspectives to help you be an even better parent helping you prepare your children for a modern world.

And the best part? Unlike the usual initiatives for improving our amazing team across the US that is usually reserved to only current staff, we have decided to make this academy available to all staff, their families and friends and also the amazing individuals we worked with over the years.

Of course no online course is going to solve all your problems! But we hope that with these short practical resources you will find the inspiration as to what you can do to start. We are constantly adding new courses so check in from time to time.

How do these differ from our more formal courses? These are short (15-25 mins) online practical courses to get you started. They are not formal academic courses but we hope that they serve an important function in your own journeys, namely to get you started towards owning your own destiny!
