Social Impact
We are on a mission to bring cities and municipalities all over the world practical tools and resources they can use to help those struggling to start and grow local businesses.
Diversity
We do not care who you are or your background or even if you have lost your way sometime in the past. We believe people are good and deserve a chance. The only thing is that we ask everyone of us to be kind to each other, in deed and word. A world filled with people who treat each other respectfully is just that much nicer.
Environmental sustainability
We are in the process of onboarding 100 million people to help them start and grow their businesses. In this process we hope to influence them to do so in a sustainable way with examples of how they can use less water, less electricity and embrace more sustainable business models, amongst other things. The idea is that you can save costs, increase profits AND save the world.
Career growth and learning
Our initiative started actually by mistake and after 18 months is active in over 400 cities and 27 countries. We didn't achieve this by being prescriptive. The world is very different to what it was a few years ago so invite our ambassadors, partners, friends and family to constantly feel comfortable to try things out and improve how we try and do what we do.
Work-Life balance
No-one - least of all us - wants to be a slave to an organisation. Design your own routine. We honestly don't care. We aren't profit driven (though of course one does have to keep an eye out on sustainability) but more impact driven so help us figure out what works for you!
